A Pre-Schooler Could Write Better Code

IBM always does the absolute minimum when it comes to writing code. Their public software offerings are bottom of the barrel. Lotus Notes, Sametime, etc... are shinning examples. I dont know if the company isnt paying their employees competitive salaries, or leadership just doesnt care. Probably both.
