The app is really good for Sametime customer, but in version 8.5.2.4 still the problem with the public groups exist (differs from buddy list on the Sametime server). Private groups work fine.
Chat functionality working well but the promised SUT function is Not working at all. Neither on iPad nor on iPhone. Nö possibility there to configure e.g. Your preferred devices...
Works great and the usability features are nice. A must have app for mobile road warriors.
App backgrounding support with push notification made it much useful
Some bad moments
As poorly usable as most other IBM products. Bad exception handling, not error tolerant, unsupportive for the user, feels like a web application faking to be a native client.
Wirh ny newest iPhone 6S push notifications dont work which makes this app useless if you dont get notified about new messages unless the app is opened.
Good functionality but kind of useless if I have to log in every time I use a different app.
When Sametime is running in the background and I receive message from someone, I only receive one line. So if the sender sent a message using more than one line, It cut off and I have to ask them to copy and resend what they had sent. Very annoying. It does that all the time on ios 8.1
This app does not allow you to work with Sametime Chat Rooms, and logs you off Sametime on your PC. Including support for Chat rooms and allowing logins from multiple devices simultaneously are essential. Fix it IBM!
Recently the app stopped working altogether!!!
It does not show contacts anymore. Everybody is offline!
The app would be useful if it connected and maintained that connection. 9 out 10 times it refuses to connect!
IBM please get your act together!
